Welcome back, snowbirds! We are so glad to see you! It has been wonderful to see our friends rediscover the new location. Thank you loyal followers.  To quote a customer, " The best just got better". Now that is quite a compliment!
January is very busy at our store. Things change quickly. You will notice that something you came back to buy has went bye bye to someones home. But do not dismay. Gene and I just returned from a shopping trip. New things will be arriving every week. Poor Tom will be exhausted as he digs himself out of the mountain of cardboard in the backroom. 

And just in time for the Inauguration, the Presidential pictures are back in stock. The Republicans and the Democrats are in stock. God bless America!

Twice a day we get a phone call asking where we are located? If you do not plug the "South" part of our address into your GPS, you will end up in the north side of Venice, close to Big Lots. The "SOUTH" is important. We are on the south side of Venice, 1/2 mile south of Jacaranda. Next to Cooks Sportland. The first store you come to as you are travelling North into Venice. Look for us on the right hand side.

GONE

I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that our Venice store is now open! Whether in jest or not, several customers said that they would only shop where Tom was working.  All of our employees are back together again! Now for the bad news....It is with utmost apologies that we have made the decision to close our Port Charlotte location.  Unfortunately, we were not doing enough business in our store to break even. A managerial decision was made to consolidate the two stores into the larger location. The move took place the same week that I was personally moving our residence. With the exception of my office, the entire inventory was moved within 4 days. Returning to my office, unlocking the front door and seeing the empty space was surreal and I became overwhelmed with emotion. Thank you to all of our loyal customers who have helped us grow and supported us through the good times and the rough times. We hope to earn your business at our new location.
