Clever storage

Looking for a touch of whimsy?
Check out these new items.

Need a place to stash your extra rolls of toilet paper?

One customer bought this canister to store a couple rolls on the back of her tank. Clever.

This giraffe will hold a roll of paper towels or a couple rolls of Charmin.

How about a mermaid vase for your toilet brush or your beauty utensils?

These beachy options would be great to hold extra towels.
These are popular options for rolled towels in the guest bath.

Or maybe rolled up magazines beside the toilet?
Or even to store bottles of wine?
Available in white or brown.

New Desks

Yeah, 2014 taxes are mailed! Now to be better organized for 2015. Check out a few of the new desks that have arrived into the store.

Theses two sets come with the matching chairs.

Nice perk to have that file drawer conveniently located right in the desk. The better to have your records all in one place!

Limited on space? Multi purpose is a perk.
Serves as a sofa table or a work space.

Even better is this piece. Totally closed for an accent piece.

Flip open one side for a work space for your computer or sewing machine.

Flip open both sides and you have an extra serving table to serve guests over flowing from your dining set.

Love multi functional furniture in our limited spaces.

Gene Rizzo

Gene Rizzo retired from the art show circuit in 2014. He loves Venice and Venice art fans have a mutual love for him.
We were thrilled that he and his wife, Norma, visited our store on Saturday, during the downtown Venice art show.

He spent the day chatting with his old friends and made many new fans.

If you have never met Gene, you have missed a gem. Not only is he a talented watercolor artist but his stories will charm you.

Gene demonstrated his talent by painting a watercolor that was awarded to a lucky customer.

He autographed our customer's purchases.

He graciously posed for pictures.

His smile is contagious.

He warms your soul.

He has a passion for art and paints because he loves it, not because he has too!

He shared stories about his inspiration for each piece.

For instance, "SHOWOFF".
Notice the bird flashing the others and their expressions, especially the bird covering his eyes.

If you missed his visit, follow our facebook where we will announce the next time we will host him. You will not want to miss the opportunity to meet this humble talented soul.
